A great weekend for Murakwai at the Ultimate Judo Open in Edinburgh! The club won an excellent 2 Golds, 2 Silvers & 2 Bronzes! The bronzes were won by Rory Kelly & Robyn Kelly, the silvers were won by Scott Mayne & Daniel Mayhew and the 2 Gold medallists were Alan Kerr & Iain ‘the killer’ Kelly.

There were also good performances by Chris Connolly who finished in 5th place, Conor Kelly who finished 7th and Daniel Hogett who finished in 9th place.  Caitlin Eachus fought well in a tough category and was unfortunate not to progress from her pool after 3 good performances and Jack Eachus was forced to pull out with a groin injury toward the end of his 1st fight.

All in all a great weekend was had by all!
